If you want to cook only in foil, put some broccoli, sprinkle with olive oil, I would add garlic and mushrooms, but you can all the spices and vegetables that you want to add. Bake or drop packets on the grill. Yum.
You can steam broccoli in the oven in a little water .... OK, technically speaking, not steamed, but also works well.
In addition, you make them explode in the microwave with a little water.
It also makes Ziploc bags boat now. Easy Breezy

Place in a microwave-safe bowl, broccoli, lemon zest, chopped garlic, olive oil, lemon and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix well.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and cook on high 4 to 5 minutes. Make sure they are well cooked, and cook 1 minutes longer if necessary. Sprinkle with lemon juice and stir. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.

In simple additions to a package of broccoli leaves:
Lemon zest
Orange Bowl (yes, really white, broccoli)
A little garlic, chives
Dash of lemon juice
Olive
Pepper
Italian Seasoning
Use one of these elements or a combination. Remember to add a little salt, if broccoli is soft.

Well, the best steamed (you can use a simple little support that goes into a pot with regular low price to get). Otherwise, wrap it with some butter (and garlic, garlic is good!). And throw in the oven until they are soft. You should not take long

The foil-wrapped Broccolli

Preheat oven to 425 '
Mix broccoli with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Then, in aluminum foil and roast for 5-7 minutes.
Completely healthy and delicious! The Broccolli a little sharper pit in bunches.

Now Steam is the best, -), or simply boiled in 1 "or less water.
Then add the melted butter and Parmesan.
